Guatemala August 1, 2024. As part of the presentation of Fundación Bi, the closing of the "HogaRES Saludables" program was held, which benefited 105 vulnerable families in 13 communities of Quetzaltenango.

Fundación Bi led this effort with the support of the Municipality of Quetzaltenango with the objective of breaking the cycle of unhealthy conditions that affect children and adults living on dirt floors and promoting the development of the communities.

The Municipality of Quetzaltenango provided the labor and transportation; the foundation provided the necessary construction materials, tools and all the logistics of the program, while the communities provided water and a warehouse, in keeping with the motto that joint and organized collaboration yields better results than individual efforts.

The purpose of the Bi Foundation is to promote and foster sustainable prosperity in the region. The "HogaRES" Saludables program belongs to the "Crecer" pillar, which supports the integral wellbeing of people through health.
