Fundación Bi and Glasswing International join forces to promote the integral development of Guatemalan youth

Guatemala, November 5, 2024. Fundación Bi and Glasswing International signed a strategic alliance as part of the Central American Service Corps' Youth with Purpose initiative, which seeks to strengthen the integral development of Guatemalan youth through academic and technical training, soft skills, and employment opportunities. Jóvenes con Propósito leverages key partnerships with the private sector, joining efforts to create a deeper and more sustainable impact in vulnerable communities.

The collaboration between Fundación Bi and Glasswing International aims to transform the lives of thousands of young people in the departments of Guatemala, Quetzaltenango, Huehuetenango and Alta Verapaz by providing them with educational programs in personal finance, financial inclusion and resource management. These programs, part of Jóvenes con Propósito's public-private partnership strategy, are designed to provide young people with the tools they need to become agents of change within their communities.

Jóvenes con Propósito will benefit more than 25,000 young people over the next five years. In addition to their academic, technical and soft skills training, the young people will participate in social impact projects and doors will be opened to job opportunities, consolidating their ability to contribute to the development of their communities.
