In this alliance with Banco Industrial, the Soy Líder program lasts for 3 years, with the second year currently ending, with the second level of certification of the Soy Líder Program of the participating institutions.
The Soy Líder program impacts 6,000 students each year between the third, fourth and fifth grades of primary school, as well as first, second, third basic, fourth and fifth high school. This program trained more than 100 teachers from 13 educational institutions of foundations, schools or institutes for whom it would be very difficult to reach this type of world-class programs.
FranklinCovey carefully develops and designs this process, which consists of training hours for teachers and principals, academies for them to learn how to teach it, digital resources (with a digital platform with 7,500 tools and resources of unlimited use to work in the classroom), active accompaniment of FranklinCovey's expert facilitators to teachers, coaching hours and visits to participating schools to verify the implementation. It is the unique combination of all these elements that allow us to generate change in people and institutions, which are measured through 5 different perspectives, which are worked on for the following year and continuous improvement is achieved.

The Soy Líder program has been a gateway for my personal and professional development, it has allowed me to enhance my skills and find new ways to accompany my team and my students. I have learned to see a learning opportunity in every moment and to recognize that I am a leader when I wake up every morning with the decision to impact the lives of those around me in a positive way. -Director
For our children, the Soy Líder program helped them this year to discover various talents, to better balance their self-esteem and to increase leadership, especially the girls since they come from a culture where women are mistreated, humiliated and not taken into account. We are seeing incredible changes! Thank you very much!!!. - Teacher
